Schultz Partners accepts buy-side mandates from public companies, corporations and private equity groups to negotiate with specified acquisition targets, or alternatively, carry out market research to identify suitable targets.

Once a target has been identified and approved, and depending upon the terms of the engagement, Schultz Partners Pty Ltd will carry out preliminary due diligence, produce a report for our principals, enter into negotiations and prepare a non-binding heads of Agreement for the acquisition.
